You may return or exchange any item in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased for December holiday gift giving have extended terms – please contact us for details. Audiobooks presented for return must be in original shrinkwrap.
Without a receipt/invoice, a return may be approved for store credit at the manager's discretion and only at the current selling price of the item. Please contact us for details. Remainders may only be returned with receipt.
Sale items and used books are final sale and may not be returned.
For all mail returns/exchanges, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
